Why is having a mentor important for boys growing up today?
Connection
Some boys may not have a male role model in their lives or might be looking for a positive influence outside their family.
Presence
Mentoring doesn’t have to be serious all the time. Playing soccer, going for a walk, or grabbing a snack can build a real connection.
Guidance
Mentors teach by example, like how to handle challenges, and make good choices. It’s the little things that matter most.
