Leadership Development Board
The Leadership Development Board was founded in 2009 to enhance awareness of the Buddy Program’s mission among Aspen’s next generation of leaders. The Board is comprised of dedicated and motivated young professionals in the Roaring Fork Valley.
The Leadership Development Board is responsible for promoting the Buddy Program’s mission through community activism, program advocacy, creative contributions, and volunteerism. Each Board member is asked to help recruit new Big Buddies, attend at least one Buddy Program activity per year, make an annual donation through the Junior Council, and serve on a Board committee.
