Event Volunteer
Every summer, the Buddy Program has our two largest fundraisers: Boogie's Bash for the Buddies to be held on Friday, July 1st, and the Buddy 5-Mile Race, as always, on the 4th of July. Over 200 dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers help make these major fundraising events successful.

Volunteer Opportunities
We will need assistance with:
- Help with table set up and decorations
- Help set up silent auction tent
- Man the volunteer food tent
- Assist the photography team
- Join the silent auction sales staff
- Assist with backstage security
- Be a live auction spotter
- Assist with guest checkout

2011 Boogie's Diner Buddy 5-Mile Race
Volunteer Opportunities
We will need assistance with:
- Working at the race pre-registration table in front of Boogie's Diner
- Hanging banners
- Handing out t-shirts and race bibs
- Preparing and serving refreshments
- Manning the Bouncy Houses
- Assisting at water stations
- Assisting the timing company
- Working the finish line
- Being a race course or walk route marshal
- Manage kids' dash and hand out ribbons
- Helping with cleanup and breakdown
