Kaitlyn initially joined the Buddy Program team in 2006 after graduating with a BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. Kaitlyn has been involved with many aspects of the program, originally getting hired as the Executive Assistant and later becoming a Senior Case Manager/Program Coordinator as well as the Coordinator for both the Aspen School-based and Peer-to-Peer programs. After taking a year off to travel and volunteer, Kaitlyn rejoined our team as the Development Coordinator. Kaitlyn now is managing our Experiential Programs and Peer-to-Peer Program in Carbondale. Kaitlyn has been a Big Buddy for four years and has volunteered with numerous organizations in the Valley throughout the past five years. Kaitlyn is a 2008 graduate of Roaring Fork Leadership. She enjoys anything outdoors, namely telemark skiing and mountain biking.
